465. Restriction on practice by unqualified persons.

(2)�� Performance of Veterinary Treatments

Any person who is not a registered veterinary surgeon¹ nor a registered veterinary practitioner² and who practises or holds themselves out as practising or as being prepared to practise veterinary surgery³, commits an offence⁴. This provision does not, however, operate to prohibit:
