This Practice Note provides guidance on the interpretation and application of the relevant provisions of the cpr. This Practice Note provides guidance on CE-File electronic working/electronic filing, also known as e-working/e-filing in the courts under CPR PD 51O. It sets out in which courts electronic working applies and to which proceedings electronic working applies.
